    Tiffany Alexy started her investing career by purchasing a four-bedroom condo at the age of 21. She lived in one bedroom and rented out the other three. She used that property cash flow as a launchpad for her mini real estate empire. She also started a successful real estate brokerage business—all in her twenties!
